Pavel has 16 years of experience in finance and management roles, including 3 years in the PwC M&A team. Before crypto, he served 7 years as a COO of the world's biggest poker affiliate PokerStrategy.com, and was a part of the $50M exit to Playtech in 2013.

Fiskantes has a background of professional poker player and private investor. As an investor he has years of experience managing both liquid portfolios and venture investments. Apart from managing Sigil, Fiskantes is a partner at a VC firm Zee Prime Capital, member of several DAOs and maintains active and well known twitter account.

Michael is a serial entrepreneur with 10 years of experience from various industries, including entertainment, finance and technology. He also acts as co-founder of a crypto data tracker which is providing proprietary investment and analytics tools to Sigil. Michael is goal oriented and excels in project and IT development management and operations.

Jozef has a master’s degree in finance. Throughout his career, he spent 6 years managing global projects for Microsoft in Beijing. Jozef is an early crypto adopter and investor. He self-thought himself Python and Solidity and experimented with building trading bots as well as Ethereum smart contracts. That experience, coupled with a strong analytical mind, allowed him to develop a deep understanding of DeFi. Jozef is the backbone of our research and investment team.

Štěpán brings quant data focused approach to our investing. He holds MSc from Mathematical Modeling & Numerical Methods and has rich IT development background. Štěpán is also co-founder of professional crypto investment management toolbox Crypkit.com.

Martin is a versatile team member who seamlessly blends programming skills with analytical mindset. Armed with a degree in Computer Science and Computational Linguistics, Martin brings a unique skill set to the team. With a keen interest in blockchain technology, he specializes in developing analytics tools and automation.

David has 4 years' experience in the esports and gaming industries where he worked as a trader and an analyst. As an avid enthusiast of online games (with over 10k hours of testing under his belt), he helped to kickstart an esports organisation. David's role at Sigil is to understand the new GameFi opportunities from the customer's point of view and to predict the next gaming trends.

Petr has over 10 years experience in marketing, research and community building in the gaming and esports industries. He is helping Sigil to navigate through the rapidly growing market of Play-To-Earn / NFT games and to distinguish the best upcoming projects with the biggest potential to succeed.

Peter is an accomplished entrepreneur and investor with a decade of experience in strategic growth and operations. As the co-founder and former CEO of Travelking, he led the company to a successful exit in 2022. At Sigil Fund, Peter specializes in business development and investor relations with a focus on Sigil Stable market neutral fund.

Marta is a creative professional with 15 years’ experience in digital operations, marketing and customer success. Prior to joining Sigil, she held the Head of Operations role with the biggest poker affiliate and marketing platform in the online gambling industry. There she managed teams of 70+ freelancers across 14 markets and facilitated strategic B2B partnerships.

Martin has 12 years of experience in various commercial roles in gaming industry, including P&L responsibility for sports betting at Sazka. He has worked in both B2B and B2C areas and holds a Master's degree in Law.

Phil simplifies complexity and communicates with integrity. At Sigil, he’s focused on building relationships and supporting investor education in North America. Prior to Sigil, he led a global decentralized autonomous organization (DAO), spanning product, marketing, operations and more. He also brings 12 years of communications and change leadership at multinational corporations. Phil is passionate about helping the “crypto-curious” discover the potential of decentralized finance (DeFi).

Hana has a master’s degree in finance and 13 years of experience in finance roles, including 2 years in the PwC Corporate team. She is a certified tax advisor. Prior to joining Sigil, she worked as a professional tax and accounting advisor for corporate clients across different business areas.

Monika is MSc in Sociology and Social politics with experience in Research and Marketing. She is a data oriented professional who takes care of our company administration topics like bookkeeping, monthly management PnL, travel coordination and filing. She is a certified Google partner in PPC and has 4 years experience in managing marketing campaigns.
